In this episode of Paris Cocktail Talk we explore what’s new in the Paris cocktail scene and focus on new cocktail bars opening in Paris. We’ll visit three bars that have recently opened (or reopened): Les Justes, Tiger, and Les Bains.
First we speak with Ludo Martin of the brand new, socially conscious SoPi cocktail bar Les Justes.
Then we talk with Stan Jouenne of Tiger, which specializes in gin cocktails. Stan is also the co-author of Le Guide de L’Expert Cocktails which he wrote in partnership with La Maison du Whiskey.
We end the episode with an interview with Nicolas Lasjuilliarias, head bartender at Les Bains.
